Virtual Appointments

WHAT TO EXPECT: THE LENNY JEANS EXPERIENCE

Booking a virtual appointment gives you the chance to experience the Lenny fit—even if you aren’t in the LA areaDuring the call, we’ll walk you through how to take your measurements, then chat about your dream jeans—what you like, what you don’t, and how we can make them just right for you.

After your appointment, we’ll ask you to send us pictures of the jeans you’d like to create, including the wash and the fit you’re envisioning.

How to prepare

  • A soft tape measure is required for your virtual appointment.
  • Please be in a private space where you feel comfortable taking measurements of your body.
  • We require that you are in underwear or bathing suit bottoms, as the tape measure needs to be touching your skin.
  • Set your phone up so you and our team can see your body from your head down to at least your knees.

  • We will FaceTime you at the time of your appointment. 
    • Don’t have an iPhone? No problem! Just shoot us a message before your appointment and we’ll send over a Zoom link instead.

Appointment Fee & Policies

  • A $115 deposit is required at booking. This fee is fully refundable once you find your perfect pair of jeans. If you choose to not move forward with the process of creating jeans, you’ll be charged $115 for our time and resources. We receive new inventory often and would love to welcome you in-person or at one of our pop-up experience to find the perfect pair. Each pair is $445. 
  • Inspiration images must be sent within one week following your appointment. If they are not received within that timeframe, your consultation will be voided, the appointment booking fee will be charged, and denim will not be pulled or prepped for your order.
  • We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $222.50 charge.
  • If our team determines that we are unable to confidently create a pair of denim for you based on your measurements and preferences provided, you will not be charged. We want you to feel secure in the process, and we will not move forward if we don't believe we can deliver a pair you’ll love.

  • If you live within driving distance of our LA studio or one of our pop-up locations, we highly recommend coming to see us in person!

We’re excited to work with you and truly appreciate you trusting us with your virtual denim appointment. To help make the experience as smooth and transparent as possible, we’ve outlined a few important notes about how virtual pulls work:

How We Pull Denim
For virtual appointments, all denim is selected using the measurements shared during your appointment. Since we’re not able to see the denim on body or make in-person adjustments, measurements are the best and most accurate way for us to guide the process.

Inventory & Fit Guidance
If we’re unable to find denim that works within the measurements provided, we’ll always let you know honestly and promptly. We only pull pairs that fall within our acceptable measurement range and that we feel are truly worth sharing with you.

Number of Options & Pulling Fee
Each virtual appointment includes up to 3–4 carefully selected denim options for you to review. If all 3–4 pairs are passed on, the virtual pulling fee will be charged at that time, as the pulling service and appointment have been fully completed.

Your Choice, Always
You are never obligated to move forward with a pair. If none of the options feel like the right fit after reviewing the full pull, that is completely okay—the appointment is simply considered fulfilled once the pull limit has been reached.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Virtual appointments are very different from in-person fittings and naturally have some limitations.

  • All of the denim we work with is 100% rigid (non-stretch), which limits what can be achieved through tailoring.

  • Changes to measurements after pulling has begun may impact availability and results.

  • All denim is pulled from our existing inventory, and availability can vary.

Our goal is always to create a thoughtful, supportive, and honest experience while remaining consistent with our process. We’re grateful for the opportunity to pull for you and are here to guide you every step of the way.

Post-Fitting Adjustments

Once your jeans arrive, you have 7 days to let us know if any further alternations are needed. Your denim is made to the exact measurements taken during your appointment, and we cannot predict or account for natural body fluctuations that may occur afterward. As your denim is made exactly to your measurements provided at your fitting, additional alterations once you have received your jeans will incur additional costs. Costs are subject to the alterations required and  estimates can be provided once you share what you'd like to alter.
