  • What are the benefits of shopping by appointment?

    Through our shopping by appointment option customers will have the opportunity to work directly with the Lenny team to brainstorm and customize the design and fit of their item. 

  • What is your return policy?

    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn item (in the original condition with tags attached) within 14 days for a full refund. However, fully custom jeans and shorts are final sale.

  • How do I wash my garment?

    Hand wash and hang dry. To preserve the vibrancy of the dye or stitching you may wash the garment with a small amount of white vinegar in addition to your detergent.

  • Who do I contact with questions?

  • How are orders shipped?

    We offer free domestic USPS Priority Shipping. We also have UPS & DHL available.

  • How do Lenny garments fit?

    Not all jeans fit the same especially when dealing with vintage denim. We
    suggest choosing your usual size, but if you are hesitant about sizing we are happy to send you two different sizes to try- on us! 

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

    Lenny accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email hello@withlovelenny.com within the same business day. Once an
    order has been fulfilled, we can no longer cancel or update the order.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing, production
    and shipment, with an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. All orders
    receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when the orders have shipped. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
