How does it work?
- Book an appointment in person at our LA store or via Zoom. In your appointment, we will take necessary measurements and figure out exactly what your desired fit is. You can add any tweaks or embroideries you want, inspo pics are highly encouraged. After 4-6 weeks, you will receive your Lenny denim.
- What sizes do you carry?
- We have everything from size 23 - 44.
- How long does it take to receive my custom denim?
- 4-6 weeks after your appointment or after your online order is placed. However, if you need them rushed we have a $175 fee.

What is your return policy?
- Case by case basis
- Must contact us within 7 days of receiving your denim
- Re-tapering the silhouette
- Making the denim bigger (unless it visibly does not fit your body)
- The hem
- Case by case basis
- Everything is non-refundable as we are creating custom pieces. We will happily offer free adjustment alterations within 7 days of receiving your customs if you are local and 14 if you're out of state.
- Once the package leaves our store and is in the hands of UPS- we are no longer liable as it is between the post office and the receiver.

- We are happy to help and can give you an idea of pricing once we see the denim
- How much is shipping?
- We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders. If you need further alterations unfortunately we do not cover shipping back to you. We will invoice you for a label.
- How much is the consultation fee?
- The $115 consultation fee will go towards the cost of your jeans, however if you miss your appointment we do not refund the fee.
- Can I bring in my own jeans for tailoring?
- Unfortunately, no. We are a vintage denim shop and don't have the bandwidth to alter your own jeans. However, we highly encourage you to bring your favorite pair for inspiration purposes!
