In-Person Appointments

WHAT TO EXPECT: THE LENNY JEANS EXPERIENCE

Visiting us in store at our Studio City location will give you a one-on-one fitting experience with our team. During your 45-minute appointment, you’ll explore our collection of one-of-a-kind vintage denim. We’ll guide you in finding your perfect pair (or a few!) and discuss custom alterations to ensure the fit feels just right.

Your tailored denim will be ready in 4–6 weeks and shipped straight to your door—with love, of course.

We highly recommend coming with inspiration pictures and a general idea of the jeans you're looking for!

Appointment Fee & Policies

• Please arrive on time for your appointment to maximize your fitting experience. If you are running late, please let us know, we are happy to extend a 10 minute grace period.
• A $115 deposit is required at booking. This deposit is fully refundable upon the purchase of denim during your appointment.
• We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $207.50 charge.
• If you don’t find a pair during your appointment, no worries—you’ll be charged a $175 fee for our time and resources. We receive new inventory weekly and would love to welcome you back to find the perfect pair.

Post-Fitting Adjustments

Once you receive your jeans in the mail, you have 7 days to let us know if any further alternations need to be made. Each pair is made to the exact fit and measurements agreed upon during your appointment, and we cannot predict or account for natural body fluctuations that may occur afterward. Please note additional alterations once you have received your jeans incur additional costs, subject to the alterations required. Cost estimates can be provided once you share what you'd like to alter.
