LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand that shipping mishaps happen, but please make sure to send your package to a secure address. Unfortunately, once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen please file a report and notify hello@withlovelenny.com we will do our best to accommodate the situation.

RETURNS/ALTERATIONS:

Gift cards are final sale.

Custom denim is final sale. We offer adjustment alterations within 7 days of receiving your items. We assess items on a case by case basis and may require an additional cost. 

Alteration Adjustment DOES NOT include:

• Re-hemming the hem
• Re-tapering the silhouette of the leg
• Making the denim bigger (unless it visibly does not fit your body)
• Re-tightening the hips 

If you decide that you would like to make any of the non-included adjustments we would be happy to help you at an additional cost. Each piece may vary and can be quoted after seeing the denim.

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS:

We tailor the denim to the exact measurements that are given at the time of the fitting. If your measurements vary from the original assessment and you would like to make changes to your denim, an additional cost will be incurred. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
